Recent dry conditions have emphasised the importance of smart, innovative resource efficiency. At the Monsanto Cotton Grower of the Year Field Day at ‘Kintyre’, you’ll be able to listen to John Cameron, 2013 Monsanto Cotton Grower of the Year and Kerry Connolly, Darling Downs Grower of the Year, discuss ‘Resource efficiency on the Downs’.

The free field day offers:

•             A firsthand look at dryland, semi-irrigated and irrigated systems side by side.

•             The National Grower of the Year and Darling Downs Grower of the Year discuss the efficiencies within their two distinct systems.

•             Presentations by other National Award winners.

•             Demonstration of a prototype liquid fertiliser injection bar.
